Challenge

Application
The water collector distributes the water to the plastic extruder built into the machine to regulate its temperature. Hand in hand with the customer, an assembly was developed, drawn and produced according to the customer's requirements. The assembly enables the high performance in process and cooling time in the component production.
Solution
The water collector consists of brass solenoid valves, a brass distribution block and various nickel-plated brass fittings. Before delivery, our technicians check the assembly for possible leaks and integrally for the entire function. The customer receives the tested water collector and only has to connect it at the designated points. In this way, our customer can successfully serve the needs of the global packaging industry and completely supply production lines.
