Challenge

A lathe manufacturer of medium and large series of high-precision parts no longer wants to assemble a hydraulic distributor block themself in order to gain time for the core competencies of its highly specialised employees. The goal was also to order only one product from one supplier.

Application

The assembly distributes the cutting oil to the various tools of the machine and consists of an aluminium block with one input and six outputs. Five outlets are equipped with manual valves and various plug-in connections and there is a solenoid valve on the sixth outlet. This hydraulic distributor block ensures perfect machining and is installed in several machines.

Solution

The hydraulic distributor block was developed and drawn according to the customer's specifications. After acceptance, the customer placed an annual order for 15 units without prior sampling because of his high level of trust in TRI-MATIC. The assembly is produced on demand and integrally tested for function before delivery.
