Valves and pressure measurement according to hygienic standards for food production
In industrial food production, food safety and ensuring product quality play the most important roles in the whole process. The hygienic concept of the machines and systems and the hygienic design of the components are the be-all and end-all. Therefore, the components used must meet special requirements in terms of material, surface quality, connection technology and cleanability.
The hygienic standards and guidelines for food production are fully met by TRI-MATIC's valves and pressure gauges. Ball valves, non-return valves and butterfly valves are available in stainless steel. Butterfly valves also available with PFA coating and PTFE lining. The TRI-CLAMP valves are manufactured with a highly polished surface and can be supplied with a roughness certificate on request. Pressure gauges and sensors have the required industry-standard process connections. They include milk pipe fittings to DIN 11851 and TRI-CLAMP connections to DIN 32676, ISO 1127 or BS/OD for sterile applications.
The fittings and pressure gauges meet the high demands of various standards such as FDA, SIL, ATEX and Sanitary Standards. These certificates are available for your proof of conformity. For all fittings and wetted parts made of stainless steel, we will gladly provide you with the material test certificate.
Continuous inspection of the measuring equipment is always ensured as part of TRI-MATIC's quality management. Another plus point: High availability of the fittings and pressure gauges guarantees you a low risk of failure for your system and machine.
