Assembly fixed water connection for a drinking water dispenser
A drinking water dispenser needs a non-adjustable pressure control to prolong the life of the unit.
Challenge
The users of a drinking water dispenser model adjusted the pressure of the machine and thus reduced the service life of the drinking water dispenser and its filter. A non-adjustable pressure control had to be installed to reduce the pressure of the filter unit.
Application
To facilitate installation, commissioning and service work, an anti-rotation device must be fitted. Even after screwing the drinking water dispenser in and out several times, the unit must seal reliably. A resistant seal is needed for this. This is to guarantee easy handling.
Solution
TRI-MATIC engineering has developed a fixed water connection set consisting of the NSF 61 certified EcoReg® pressure reducing valve, a swivel fitting and a robust PTFE seal. The fixed pressure reducer reduces the inlet pressure to match the drinking water dispenser. This prevents pressure manipulation.
This set is permanently mounted on the drinking water dispenser and is supplied as standard with all orders. For models already delivered, the set was simply retrofitted.
