Assembly fixed water connection for a water tank
For level control of a water tank, a fixed water connection is mounted in limited space.
Challenge
For the level control of a water tank, a dosing system including pressure reduction had to be installed in an already existing control box. The limited space in the apparatus was a major challenge.
Application
The water tank must be filled with a quantity of water defined by the customer. At the same time, pressure surges, overpressure in the system and the return flow into the drinking water network must be prevented.
Solution
TRI-MATIC engineering team developed a threaded adapter with an integrated non-return valve and the NSF 61 certified EcoReg® pressure regulator for drinking water. The customer installs this space-saving assembly between the water tank and the mains connection for drinking water. For deliveries that have already been completed, the customer can offer this solution as a retrofit.
