Daniel Boskovic, Account Manager at TRI-MATIC since 1 January 2022, answers six questions about TRI-MATIC, the work and the successes. Get to know the TRI employees and also TRI-MATIC more personally!

1. You have been with TRI-MATIC since 1 January 2022. How did you experience your first months at the company?
I received a very warm welcome and felt comfortable from the first second. The whole team made my start easier and helped me in many situations. Thanks to the exemplary training plan, I have experienced various tasks in all departments live. This way I can take the deep technical knowledge of our specialists with me on my way, which is of great importance for my job.

2. Describe TRI-MATIC in a few words.
The customer is always at the centre. The extra mile we go for our customers sets us apart from our competitors.

3. What is your job at TRI-MATIC and what do you like about your work?
As an account manager, I am responsible for some of the customers in Switzerland. I handle the customer orders and am responsible for the whole process from the first contact to shipping. What I like most is the direct customer contact and the dynamic environment in which TRI-MATIC finds itself.

4. Which product impressed you the most during the technical training?
Actually, all the products impressed me, but one in particular: The HoseGuard® hose rupture protection from our Protect Air range. With a small investment, companies can protect their employees and equipment from the dangerous whipping of a damaged or burst compressed air hose. Hose ruptures can cause enormous damage to people and machinery.

5. What is a successful day for you?
For me, a successful day is when I can offer our partners, customers and interested parties the best possible service.

6. What do you like to do most in your spare time?
My favourite thing is to be out in the fresh air with my family and my two little daughters and enjoy nature. Although the energy level of the little ones is now so high that I can hardly keep up.
