Fresh wind: Management buy-out

The new year has just begun and I wish you and your family nothing but the best for 2022.
 
At some point, all business owners face the question of what to do next with their own company. The management of the company's fortunes is to be placed in younger hands. However, many entrepreneurs often fail at this "someday" because letting go is not that easy.
 
My wife Maja and I are convinced that the right moment has come for TRI-MATIC and thus we are facing an important milestone in the 30-year history of the family business.
 
Thanks to a management buy-out, younger forces can steer TRI-MATIC into the next generation with new ideas. Jimmy Frey and Davide Casiello will act together as Co-CEOs in the management from this month and will also take over all TRI-MATIC shares towards the end of the year.
 
This way the company leadership gains two people of the current management who know the customers and the market very well. Jimmy Frey and Davide Casiello bring - together with our team - all the skills to make TRI-MATIC even stronger and to open the doors for further, long-term positive development. For you, this means that our experienced team will continue to be available to you in the same standard of quality.
 
I will actively accompany the transition this year and will be available in an advisory capacity from 2023 onwards. We are convinced that we are on a promising path and will lead TRI-MATIC into the future of industrial automation with a breath of fresh air. We are very much looking forward to continuing our active and successful cooperation with you.
