1. When did you join TRI-MATIC?
In May 2016 I joined TRI-MATIC. I went from a big company to a smaller company. From the first meeting on I perceived it as a comfortable and familiar environment.

2. Describe TRI-MATIC in a few words.
TRI-MATIC is a company that, despite its small size, is very efficient and innovative and always focuses on the human aspect. Here the human being is valued as a being and not as a number.

3. What is your job at TRI-MATIC and what do you like about your work?
I am responsible for the assembly and testing of Protect-Air products. Together with my team, we always try to optimise the production process qualitatively and quantitatively. What I like most is the challenge that the market poses to us. We organise the orders to the best of our customers' advantage in order to meet all customer requirements and delivery times reliably and flexibly.

4. Do you have a success tip for customers?
My motto day after day: problems are not problems, but opportunities for growth and improvement. With this perspective I can tackle challenges with ambition and inspiration and initiate creative processes.

5. What have you been particularly pleased about lately?
The corona pandemic has brought the health systems of many nations to their knees. TRI-MATIC was able to provide the fixed pressure reducing valves for oxygen OxyReg for our customers, which are essential for the construction of ventilators. In this way we have made a contribution to saving lives. Despite the current tragedy, it makes me happy and proud to work in a company like TRI-MATIC.

6. What is a successful day for you?
A successful day for me is when, on my way home in the evening I am already looking forward to getting back to work the next day and finishing what I could not finish the day before.

7. What do you like to do most in your spare time?
In my spare time I like to attend courses in psychology, medicine, dance and meditation. As a healthy mind also needs a healthy body, I also love outdoor activities like skiing, hiking and cycling.
