Marcel Frei has been CEO of our customer SAACKE AG in Dietikon for several years now. After many years of working together as partners, it was high time to ask him a few questions. SAACKE AG has been involved in combustion technology for more than 90 years. As specialists, they plan, develop and manufacture burners and system solutions for industrial thermal processes. They are represented worldwide with their products and services in industry and on ship and offshore installations.
1. Where are TRI-MATIC components used?
SAACKE's product portfolio includes burners for gaseous and liquid fuels, gas burners with low emissions and rotary atomiser oil burners for even heat distribution and a wide control range. Different fuels are used in different operating conditions: light oil up to 30 bar operating pressure and 10°C temperature, natural gas up to 1 bar operating pressure and 10°C temperature or water vapour up to 20 bar and 215°C medium temperature.
The TRI-MATIC product range includes pressure monitors, pressure switches, pressure sensors and ball valves that are compatible with our burners and system solutions. For example, the heating oil pressure at the inlet to the burner is monitored by a pressure switch. The boiler pressure or the minimum/maximum gas pressure are also checked with pressure switches from TRI-MATIC.
