Initial situation/Challenges for the customer

To drive the snow lances, Bächler Top Track AG needs an electric motor from a competent contact partner who is actively involved in finding the ideal solution. It is important for Bächler Top Track AG to have simple and flexible procurement in their desired quantities and a low logistics effort with manageable costs.

Thanks to the buffer store, the products are always available quickly. Even in emergencies, there is always a motor ready for collection at short notice.

Solution

For the technologically advanced, energy-efficient snow guns, TRI-MATIC engineering was able to offer the HQ-004 and HQ-006 electric rotary drives in an aluminium housing. The electrical control is customised to Bächler Top Track AG. The assembly staff at the Hünenberg site adjust the end positions precisely, check the special control and thus ensure the high quality of the drive for the snow lances. This ensures that the motor functions perfectly and is reliable at all times.

The main stages for the air and water supply are switched via the HQ-006 motors. The electric rotary drive HQ-004 controls the flow stages of the snow lance, which are individually adjusted according to temperature and humidity. Depending on requirements, up to three motors can be switched on or off in succession in addition to the main stage.

Results

Since Bächler Top Track AG has been controlling its snow guns with TRI-MATIC's electric rotary drives, the motors are quickly and easily installed on site and commissioned without errors.
