TRI-MATIC: The extended workbench for your production

Turning, milling, drilling and grinding are among our core competences. Various prototypes in different materials are produced on the conventional lathe. A classic milling and drilling machine is also available to our employees. This is used to produce parts with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. We procure materials and carry out all the required steps with precision, if necessary in co-operation with competent partners. We efficiently machine workpieces for a wide variety of assemblies in small and large series.

To fulfil the high customer requirements, we need modern assembly workstations. Everything has to run smoothly at the assembly workstation to ensure that the entire manufacturing process runs smoothly. All tools and test equipment are located within easy reach. Conventional and high-precision tools enable us to carry out prototypes for various industry applications or repairs.

In addition to professional machines, tools and test equipment, a good IT infrastructure is also important. Step-by-step instructions on the screen support our employees throughout the entire assembly process. This enables us to maintain the desired quality standards and detect material or assembly deviations more easily.

Our primary goal is for every employee on the assembly line to be able to assemble a subsystem of each subassembly or a complete subassembly. This enables us to optimise the use of our capacities and flexibly structure our production schedule. Every employee attends recurring training and development courses. They convey to our employees that their work is essential and is valued. At the same time, the new knowledge increases our productivity.

In quality assurance, we check our quality requirements for a product or service. Each assembly workstation also has a special, self-developed test station. This allows us to test the function of various products in complex quality testing procedures. We go beyond a simple pressure test and carry out a functional test as realistically as possible.
