Reliably regulate, lock and monitor your processes
Powerful and reliable components secure your industrial processes. Production downtime causes high costs and reduces productivity – a decisive factor in today's economy. That is why it is essential to control, shut off and monitor your processes safely and reliably. Find out more about the various options for process monitoring here. Shut-off valves for controlling and blocking fluids
Shut-off valves do much more than just open and close pipes. They precisely control the flow of air, water, oil, gases and other fluids and can either regulate the flow or block it completely.
The type of valve used depends on the medium, pressure, material and desired function. Our range includes a wide variety of valve types, including ball valves, butterfly valves, solenoid valves and check valves. In addition, TRI-MATIC offers suitable drives – manual, electric or pneumatic – as well as peripheral components such as limit switch boxes, control valves and pilot valves.
Shut-off valves for controlling fluids
The switching status of a drive or valve can be detected using limit switch boxes and displayed visually or electrically. Limit switch boxes are typically mounted on pneumatic actuators for industrial valves. Electric drives also have potential-free switching contacts that report the switching status to the control system.
Thanks to their modular design, tailor-made automation solutions for process monitoring can be implemented. If standard products no longer meet your requirements, we begin customising them to your customer application. Simple and complex tailor-made assemblies are our passion.
Tailor-made automation solutions
The valves are used worldwide in numerous areas such as mechanical engineering, process engineering, the food industry and power stations, and always comply with the applicable regulations for efficient and sustainable automation.
Pressure gauges for controlling and monitoring media
Modern pressure measuring devices measure overpressure, underpressure or differential pressure in liquid and gaseous media mechanically or electronically. Pressure sensors or pressure transducers measure the pressure and convert it into an electrical signal. Thanks to different sensor technologies, housing materials and mechanical and electrical connections, pressure sensors are suitable for almost all industrial gases and media in various applications.
Immersion probes based on hydrostatic pressure measurement are used for level measurement in tanks and containers. They are connected to your control system via a signal output or an I/O link connection. In addition to immersion probes and pressure sensors, the range also includes mechanical pressure measuring devices such as pressure gauges and pressure switches, which come in different designs, materials and measuring ranges depending on the application.
