1. How long have you been with TRI-MATIC?
I have been part of the TRI-MATIC team for eleven years.

2. Describe TRI-MATIC in a few words.
TRI-MATIC is a family business that listens to the needs of its customers and employees.

3. What is your job at TRI-MATIC and what do you like about your work?
I am responsible for our branch in Yverdon-les-Bains and for some of our customers in Switzerland as a Key Account Manager. I have also been part of the TRI-MATIC management team for 4 years. I like my job very much because every day is different and varied. It is a very nice feeling that I get to adapt to the different needs of our customers. We work in many different industries which is very exciting.

4. Do you have a tip for success for the customers?
Success means having a flair for dealing with people and knowing how to adapt to the needs of today's market and society and being open to change.

5. What have you been particularly happy about lately?
TRI-MATIC was able to adapt to the situation with great professionalism despite a complicated 2020. In order to guarantee our clients a high-quality service at all times, our management made the right decisions. Our teams have shown great motivation and flexibility.

6. What is a successful day for you?
A successful day for me is when I feel that I have made life easier for our clients. I am always happy when I have completed a project and the client thanks me and the whole team for the work we have done.

7. What do you like to do most in your spare time?
It's a great feeling to enjoy nature with my family and watch my children discover the world around us. I like to play tennis and recently I've started spending time in CrossFit training. I'm just discovering CrossFit training, which pushes me to go beyond myself, to go out of my comfort zone, because the encouragement from teammates gives extra strength. I appreciate this spirit of going higher and further together - as "One Team" we are always stronger.
