You’ve been with TRI-MATIC since 1 November 2025. How did you find your first six months at the company?

Overall, the first few months have been informative and helpful in allowing me to better understand the company, its processes, and my role. I look forward to gaining more experience and continuing to contribute constructively to the team.

How would you describe the company culture in three words?

Dynamic, collaborative and innovative.

What is your role at TRI-MATIC, and which tasks take up most of your day?

As an Account Manager, I support customers in French-speaking Switzerland from our office in Yverdon, serve as a liaison between sales and engineering, and assist in the development of technical solutions and assemblies.

Do you have any tips for success for customers?

My top tip for success for our clients would be to communicate openly. The clearer we understand your needs, expectations, and challenges, the more effectively we can support you and work together to find the best solution.

What have you particularly enjoyed during your first few months at TRI-MATIC?

I was particularly pleased by how warmly I was welcomed and how quickly I felt like part of the team. Another factor that really motivated me was the opportunity to constantly learn new things - whether about our diverse range of products, internal processes, or our customers’ needs. The learning curve was steep and that is exactly what made my start exciting and varied.

What makes a day a success for you?

For me, a successful day is when I feel like I’ve made a difference – whether by solving a problem, satisfying customers, or working well with my team. If I also get to learn something new in the process, I end my day feeling very positive.

What do you like doing most in your spare time?

In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends and enjoy being outdoors. I also love to travel - discovering new places, getting to know other cultures, and simply leaving my daily routine behind gives me an incredible amount of energy and inspiration.
