Davide Casiello, Co-CEO and Product & Sales Manager Protect-Air®, answers seven questions about TRI-MATIC, its work and its successes in the TRI interview. Get to know the TRI employees and also TRI-MATIC more personally!

1. How long have you been with TRI-MATIC?
I started my adventure with TRI-MATIC in August 2017.

2. Describe TRI-MATIC in a few words.
I experience TRI-MATIC as a structured company with competent and motivated employees who have the freedom to develop personally and professionally.

3. What is your job at TRI-MATIC and what do you like about your work?
I am responsible for product management and international sales of our own brand Protect-Air®. The breadth of application possibilities on the customer side and the challenges as a manufacturer make my job very exciting and varied. What I enjoy most is the contact with our customers and partners all over the world.

4. Do you have a success tip for our customers?
The only constant is change. The digital transformation and the changes associated with it bring new opportunities for global sales. Partners, prospects and customers have access to a lot of information at any time. This enables new ways to cultivate, manage and grow national and international relationships - also with social tools.

5. What have you enjoyed most lately?
Over the past two years, the economy has had to contend with the pandemic and, more recently, with raw material and supply shortages. TRI-MATIC, together as the ONE team, has coped well with the challenges. This enabled us to provide our customers and partners with the usual close service.
With the fixed pressure reducing valves for oxygen OxyReg, which are needed for the construction of respirators, we were able to contribute to saving lives in the pandemic.

6. What is a successful day for you?
A successful day is any confirmation from our customers and partners that their trust in us has paid off.

7. What do you like to do most in your spare time?
I really enjoy (re)discovering the world with my little daughter and being out in nature as a family. I also enjoy sports and occasionally riding my motorbike when the sun is shining.
